In the heart of downtown Orlando, The Blackburst Broadcast Studio is an ideal facility for broadcast television production, SMTs (satellite media tours), live shots, video production, green screen / chroma key shoots, podcasts, live streaming / webcasts, digital courses / master classes and content creators. Our boutique studio is optimized for small and medium sized productions. Whether you’re a solo content creator or you have a production crew, we’re your Orlando Studio! We have about 700 sq-ft of dedicated studio space in addition to our separate control room / edit bay flex space and lobby / green-room space offering a partitioned area to monitor your shoot from.

Blackburst’s live shot and SMT studio space is connected to the major broadcast networks, cable networks, tv stations, satellite relays and other facilities via an LTN Global HD video transmit & receive connection and fast, reliable business class fiber internet. You can Go Live around the world right from our studio. If your show tapes in New York and you want talent in Orlando to join the conversion, we have you covered. Our HD-SDI video uplink combined with hardwired IFB audio & PL intercom connections seamlessly link us in to your production control room. News talk-backs and satellite media tours are a perfect fit here. Single or multi-cam production on a professional level is what we’re offering our broadcast partners and customers. We support live news feeds, sports shows, and talk shows, as well as corporate communications. Whether you need an anchor desk with a custom background or a cozy-corner set for your talent, we have pre-built options for you, or we can work with you on custom sets.
KITCHEN SET CONTENT STUDIO
The Blackburst Studio Kitchen is a broadcast and content creator friendly space for capturing kitchen, home and lifestyle based video content. Morning show segments and Satellite Media Tours will find themselves just as much at-home in our studio kitchen as YouTube food creators and lifestyle bloggers will. The kitchen set features an 8′ wide main presentation countertop with a built-in 30″ LG Smart Induction Cooktop. The kitchen also has a 24″ built in convection oven. Mounted above the main presentation area is a top-down camera for cutting board shots and a hood system for ventilation. Our kitchen set is pre-lit with remotely controlled LED lighting, but you can bring your own lights in and customize a lighting setup if you choose to.

The space includes various versatile backgrounds:
- Cozy Corner – A corner set with a subtle home-office or home background, perfect for SMTs, Social Media, podcast and quick content creation.
- Studio Kitchen – See the section above for details, but it’s a perfect large set for SMTs, morning show segments, content creators, and food influencers.
- Black Drapes – 18 ft wide, wrap around back drape background.
- Green Screen – 12 feet wide x 9 ft tall hard cyc for chroma key and solid color backgrounds.
- Paper Background Rolls – 9-12 foot wide photo paper rolls and textured muslin fabrics.
- 75″ HDTV with city skylines and other scenes to be used as backgrounds or a prop.
GREEN ROOM SPACE
The studio has an lobby-green room space separate from the main studio space. It has couches, video monitors and is a great spot for talent or clients to converse and monitor the production without being in the same room. It’s also a good spot for setting up catering or craft services on larger shoots.

Blackburst is conveniently located in downtown Orlando less than 5 minutes from the I4 Express ramp and the city center. There are dozens of restaurants and several lodging options all less than a mile from our studio’s location. We also have a dedicated, free parking lot for easy load-in and out.
